Alexander J. Wooldridge
Overview And Experience
Alex is experienced in handling complex trust and estate matters. He is proficient in drafting detailed and comprehensive estate plans. Alex attends court hearings, meets with clients to develop estate plans and is involved in all aspects of probate and administration proceedings, including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Alex also handles all aspects of trust administration and is skilled in drafting an array of trusts to suit the needs of our clients.
Alex joined the Law Offices of Kevin H. Cohen, P.C., in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Alex was an associate for a Westchester County law firm where he concentrated in the practice of real estate law. He also served on the legal staff of a large Manhattan law firm where he assisted with discovery for complex commercial litigation matters. Alex is fluent in French.
After nineteen years of steady growth, in January 2022, the firm was renamed to recognize its new partnership structure. At that time, Alex Wooldridge was named a partner of Cohen, Soloway & Wooldridge, P.C.
